JD1293 : Test Lead
Experience: 6 – 8 Years
Required Experience:
- Solid experience in the Automotive sector, with a focus on In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI), Cloud technologies, and Telematics.
- Proficiency in Mobile App Testing, including setup of testing labs, bench testing, and in-vehicle testing.
- Demonstrated expertise in automotive testing tools, particularly Vector CANoe for simulation.
- Hands-on experience with Interoperability Testing (IOP), Device and Asset Management.
- Ability to devise comprehensive Test Plans, Cases, and Strategies, along with effective Issue Reporting and Documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination with the Application team to formulate test designs and strategies.
- Develop and update Test Data for functional test scenarios.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), creating necessary artifacts.
- Manage defect reporting, follow-up, and resolution within agreed SLAs, ensuring timely communication with developers, business analysts, and IT.
- Present Test Results to stakeholders for approval and sign-off.
- Maintain Test Assets and Repositories, ensuring documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Support the Test Lead in promoting testing best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Oversee project documentation, including Test Planning, Execution, and Defect Reporting, to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members, facilitating knowledge and process-driven initiatives (e.g., SOP creation and compliance).
