JD1294 : Hybrid Mobile App Test Engineer
We are seeking skilled Hybrid Testers with 3-5 years of experience in both manual and automated testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for quality assurance, with expertise in mobile application testing across iOS and Android platforms. Experience : 3-5 Years
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Proven ability in testing mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Proficiency with automation tools like Katalon and Selenium.
- Capability to independently design and execute test activities.
- Understanding of Mobile Testing, IoT, MQTT, FOTA, Telematics, GPS, and GSM Validation.
- Excellent communication and assertiveness.
- Prior experience in the Automobile/Manufacturing domain is preferred.
- Ability to drive process compliance and policy adherence.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and JIRA.
- Competence in generating daily/weekly progress reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate closely with the Application team to develop test design frameworks.
- Develop and update Test Data for functional testing.
- Execute UAT Test Execution and create necessary artifacts.
- Manage defect reporting and resolution in compliance with defect aging tracking SLA.
- Conduct Test Results walkthroughs with stakeholders for approval.
- Maintain and update Test Assets and Repositories.
- Support the Team Lead in fostering testing best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Handle documentation for project test planning, execution, and defect reporting.
- Maintain regular communication with the test lead to address any potential impact on project quality, timeline, or budget.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the creation of SOPs and ensure compliance.
