As Product Manager of Automotive Management Services within the Software organization, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of your product by communicating the business value, vision and product roadmap. You will be collaborating closely with business stakeholders, users and other product managers to ensure the platform supports the needs of all stakeholders. Experience : 4 -5 Years

Job responsibilities :

• Establish and own the vision and strategic priorities for products within your domain
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define OKRs, product themes and features
• Set product feature priorities and timelines, analyze trade-offs, business, and sales impact of different features to provide data-driven prioritized requirements to engineering teams
• Ensures the product backlog reflects the vision and strategy by working closely with other Product Managers
• Collaborates with the team to detail features with acceptance criteria along with the business value.
• Uses business cases to make the case for new features and products/technology
• Coordinates dependencies with other product managers within the Software organization
• Builds relationships with key stakeholders, users and other influencers
• Continuously researches industry developments, new market trends and understands how our products are performing with current customers
• Considers flexibility and scalability as core attributes of the platform
• Works cross functionally with other product areas within the Software organization and across the enterprise
• Willingness to travel to Europe as needed

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering or related degree field
• 5+ years of specialized as a product manager in automotive experience
• Experience working with in an Agile environment
• Experience with software product development and lifecycles, including agile methodologies.
• Strong relationship building skills, including the ability to relate constructively to all levels of an organization
• Teamwork spirit with strong listening, technical writing, and oral communication skills
• Outstanding skills in presenting to both technical and executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master of Science in Electrical, computer, information technology or equivalent
• Background in product management of automotive products
• Experience working with services oriented architectures
• Experience with IOT, Streaming and Edge computing technologies
• Knowledge of ADAS. Cockpit SW development and Automotive Safety standards is a plus
• Experience with cybersecurity and functional safety concepts
• Experience working with automotive networks (i.e. CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and protocols (e.g. UDS, SOME/IP, etc.)
• Experience designing and developing software in embedded systems
• Experience working with multi-user systems
