Position Overview:
As a System/Software Architect at Bolgatty Technologies, you will be responsible for designing and documenting the architectural framework for our software systems. This role requires creating various architectural views and ensuring a clear and structured approach to software design. Your work will play a crucial role in meeting both functional and non-functional requirements of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Architectural Views and Documentation:
    • Develop and document comprehensive architectural views, including physical layouts and hierarchical breakdowns of software components.
    • Create diagrams and documentation that illustrate how functionalities and non-functional requirements are implemented across the system.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural coherence and alignment with project goals.
  2. System Design and Integration:
    • Design software systems within the framework of the AUTOSAR standard, ensuring compatibility with industry practices.
    • Participate in system integration efforts, providing architectural guidance to ensure seamless interoperability among different components.
    • Review and assess system designs to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
  3. Collaboration and Technical Leadership:
    • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation of architectural designs.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance on system architecture and design best practices.
    • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Automotive Background: Significant experience in automotive software design and engineering.
  • ASpice: Familiarity with ASpice (Automotive SPICE) process framework.
  • AUTOSAR: Thorough understanding of the AUTOSAR Classic Platform.
  • Enterprise Architect or Rhapsody: Proficiency in system modeling tools like Enterprise Architect or IBM Rhapsody.
  • SysML or UML: Knowledge of SysML (Systems Modeling Language) or UML (Unified Modeling Language) for architectural design.
  • Available to travel to Europe as needed
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • ASil A, B, C, or D: Knowledge of automotive safety integrity levels and their application.
  • ISO 26262: Understanding of ISO 26262 functional safety standard.
  • C or C++: Proficiency in C or C++ programming languages.
