Position Overview:
As a System Lead Engineer at Bolgatty Technologies, you will be responsible for developing and integrating software within the AUTOSAR Classic environment. Your role will involve working on software architecture, leading technical teams, and ensuring successful implementation of key automotive features. This position requires a strong background in automotive engineering and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and Integration of Software in AUTOSAR Classic Environment:
- Design, implement, and integrate fundamental software components in accordance with the AUTOSAR standard.
- Develop functions for communication and control of various vehicle systems.
- Ensure software meets high-quality standards and project requirements.
- Contributing to Software Architecture:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and define the software architecture.
- Align architecture with project objectives and industry best practices.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure architectural consistency.
- Technical Leadership and Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Automotive Background: Extensive experience in automotive software development and engineering.
- ASpice: Proficiency in ASpice (Automotive SPICE) process framework.
- AUTOSAR: Deep understanding of the AUTOSAR Classic Platform.
- DOORS: Experience with IBM DOORS for requirements management.
- PTC Integrity: Knowledge of PTC Integrity for software configuration and change management.
- Available to travel to Europe as needed
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Enterprise Architect: Experience with Enterprise Architect for system modeling and design.
- Rhapsody: Familiarity with IBM Rhapsody for software design and modeling.
- Jira: Knowledge of Jira for project tracking and issue management.
- ISO 26262: Understanding of ISO 26262 functional safety standard in automotive engineering.
