Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Mixed Signal Engineer with expertise in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) testing, specifically with Verigy 93K, to join our team in The Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing mixed signal circuits using the Verigy 93K platform and a strong background in semiconductor testing methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Developing test plans and methodologies for mixed signal circuits using the Verigy 93K ATE platform.
- Programming test sequences and scripts to automate the testing process and improve efficiency.
- Debugging test failures and optimizing test programs to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Collaborating with design and validation teams to verify the functionality and performance of mixed signal ICs.
- Analyzing test data and providing feedback to the design team for product improvement.
- Documenting test procedures, results, and findings for future reference.
- Providing technical support to other team members and assisting in troubleshooting test issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in ATE testing of mixed signal circuits, preferably with Verigy 93K.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, or Python for test automation.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor testing methodologies and principles.
- Familiarity with mixed signal IC design and verification.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to The Netherlands for a one-year period.
