Responsibilities: As ATE Lead for a project/s you are expected to:
- Learn & develop an understanding of fundamental motor drives technology & device internal features/implementation.
- Create highly optimized tester methods capable of porting across the Tester platform.
- Implement the same for Mixed Signal ICs to meet test cost goals and deliver solutions on time.
- Prove out new capability at cost entitlement.
- Troubleshoot test, yield, quality, and device performance issues. Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug, and fix yield issues, optimize test time.
- Work with wafer fabrication, assembly & test sites to guarantee schedule, cost, and quality.
- Work closely with design and verification team upfront and during the silicon evaluation and debug.
- Ensure close tracking, timely closure, and documentation of validation plans and reports. Maintain thorough and up-to-date project schedules with all related milestones.
- Freely engage in bench validation. Collaborate in debug brainstorming.
- Understand the Validation plan and infrastructure for new product development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Very Good understanding of analog & mixed signal fundamentals.
- Very Good knowledge of test and measurement equipment.
- Analog product test & debug experience in ATE or Bench Validation.
- Working knowledge of engineering statistics and distribution analysis.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
